Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The iiRcade Bartop and Bundle units are heavy 40lbs for the Bartop and 42lbs for the base. 
We are working closely with our shipping partners to provide the best and most reliable shipping prices. We do not markup or profit from shipping and we are continuously working on improving our logistics methods to lower costs to the consumer.

We will ship via UPS or USPS to accommodate APO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon placing an order with iiRcade - you will receive an order confirmation email and when units begin to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

iiRcade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
