iiRcade Pre-Order Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your pre-order purchase for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the items have not already shipped.

If the items have shipped, you may return your items for a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse.

Returns are eligible for a refund if they are unused, undamaged and in the same condition that they were received. Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

 

Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund from the time we receive and inspect your package.

 

No refund will be issued if we find evidence that your items have been tampered with, altered, or modified in any way.

 

Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received a refund for your return after the two weeks period from the time we receive and inspect your package, please check your account of the original method of payment. If the credit has still not been applied, please check with your financial institution of the original method of payment as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Damaged and Defective Returns

If you receive an item from iiRcade.com that is damaged or defective, the same return policy applies as stated above for the returns. If requesting for a replacement of the damaged or defective parts, please see the Warranty Policy for details.
